ORIOR was notified that UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG has exceeded the 10% voting rights threshold. Its shareholding of 8.86% as notified in July 2018 has increased to 10.51%. According to the disclosure notification, the trigger was the RoPAS (CH) Institutional Fund – Equities Switzerland, which is under the administration of UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG, and now holds 6.29% of ORIOR’s shares.
