Arbonia, as the previous owner of the Condecta Group, can launch their industrial services business into a stable future with this transaction, which they had taken over as a division within the framework of the Looser take-over; at the same time they can promote their focus on the three core divisions: Building Technology, Windows and Doors.

The purchase agreement for transfer of 100% of share capital was signed on November 13, 2017. The closing of this transaction is planned still in 2017. These sales proceeds will be used to reduce the net indebtedness.
