NORILSK NICKEL'S SHAREHOLDERS APPROVED DIVIDENDS
FOR 6 MONTHS OF 2017
 
Moscow - The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of shareholders of PJSC «MMC «Norilsk Nickel» the world's largest producer of refined nickel and palladium, held on September 29, 2017, approved the interim dividend for the six months of 2017 in the amount of RUB 224.20 (approximately USD 3.79 at the RUB/USD exchange rate of the Russian Central Bank as of 24.08.2017 - the recommendation date of the Board of Directors) per ordinary share. The approved total interim dividend payout for six months of 2017 will amount to RUB 35.5 billion (approximately USD 600 million).
The shareholders have set the interim dividend record date (the settling of list of shareholders entitled to the interim dividend) on October 19, 2017.
