Change in the Board of Directors at LifeWatch AG

Zug/Switzerland - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic monitoring services in the digital health market, announces that Antoine Hubert and Antoine Kohler have informed the company that they will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the next annual general meeting to be held on April 26, 2017.
