Correction of the publication of October 22nd, 2009
On October 19th, 2009, Capital Guardian Trust Company, Los Angeles, USA has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights in telegate AG, München-Martinsried, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, has fallen below the threshold of 3 % on October 14th, 2009. On October 14th, 2009 Capital Guardian Trust Company's voting rights amounted to 2.12% (450,915 ordinary shares). 2.12% of all voting rights in telegate AG were attributed to Capital Guardian Trust Company (voting rights arising from 450,915 ordinary shares) pursuant to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
