On 24 July 2008 FIL Investments International crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in SMA Solar Technology AG, Sonnenallee 1, 34266 Niestetal, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments International, held 3.01% of the voting rights in SMA Solar Technology AG arising from 1,044,448 voting rights.

All voting rights in SMA Solar Technology AG were attributed to FIL Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
