On 24 July 2008 FIL Limited crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in SMA Solar Technology AG, Sonnenallee 1, 34266 Niestetal, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 3,01% of the voting rights in SMA Solar Technology AG arising from 1,044,448 voting rights.
All voting rights in SMA Solar Technology AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
