Strategie- und Mittelherkunftsbericht gemäß § 27a WpHG
Die Hi Scene Industrial Limited mit Sitz in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, hat der Roy Ceramics SE am 21. September 2016 Folgendes mitgeteilt:


We refer to the Voting Rights Announcement by Ms Lee Sujida Lelalertsuphakun pursuant to § 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), in which she notified you on 31 August, 2016, that her voting rights attached to shares in ROY Ceramics SE, attributed to her from her subsidiary Hi Scene Industrial Limited based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, had exceeded the threshold of 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% of the voting rights and had amounted to approximately 65% of the voting rights.

Pursuant to §  27a para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) we notify you that:

1. The investment is aimed at implementing strategic objectives.
2. Hi Scene Industrial Limited plans to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months by means of purchase or by any other means.
3. Hi Scene Industrial Limited intends to exert an influence on the appointment or removal of members of the issuer's administrative, managing and supervisory bodies.

4. Hi Scene Industrial Limited does not intend to achieve a material change in the company's capital structure, in particular as regards the ratio between own funds and external funds and the dividend policy.
In order to finance the acquisition of the voting rights neither own funds nor external funds have been used as the acquisition was carried out without consideration.
