This announcement is being made in accordance with FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
As at 30 October 2020, Polymetal International plc's issued share capital comprised 471,818,000 ordinary shares of no par value, each carrying one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 471,818,000.
The above figure of 471,818,000 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Polymetal under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
