In January 2023, the ADR program of Tata Motors Ltd. was discontinued, which is accompanied by a suspension of the trading in these securities. Trading on German stock exchanges has not been possible since then. This offer is intended for holders of ADRs who wish to sell their securities at this time, but are otherwise unable to do so. The offer is voluntary and holders who do not accept the offer will remain holders of their ADRs.
