Luxemburg, 1. Februar 2010. Nachdem die Angebotsfrist am 29. Januar 2010 abgelaufen ist, gibt Helikos SE, eine neu gegründete Special Purpose Acquisition Company mit Sitz in Luxemburg, folgende Änderungen des Zeitplans für die Veröffentlichung der Details zu ihrem Börsengang bekannt:

 am oder vor dem 3. Februar 2010

* Handelsbeginn für die Publikums-Aktien und Publikums- Optionsscheine: nicht später als Freitag, den 5. Februar 2010.




Für die Publikums-Aktien ist eine Notierung im regulierten Markt der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Prime Standard) vorgesehen und für die Publikums-Optionsscheine im regulierten Markt der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse(General Standard).
