On 4th February 2008 Fidelity Investment Management Limited exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE, Else-Kröner-Straße 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v.d.H., Germany. On that date, Fidelity Investment Management Limited held 6.03 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE arising from 4,675,538 voting rights.
