On 4 June 2010 FIL Holdings Limited crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3.11% of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG arising from 6,058,880 voting rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
