On 11 February 2008 Adelphi European Small Cap Fund, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 9th February 2008 their voting interests in Deutsche Beteiligungs AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts to 2,75% (376.371 voting rights) on this day.
Furthermore Adelphi Capital LLP, London, United Kingdom, informed Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 9th February 2008 their voting interests in Deutsche Beteiligungs AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts to 2,75% (376.371 voting rights) on this day.

2,75% of the voting rights (376.371 voting rights) are attributable to Adelphi Capital LLP in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
