Cembra Money Bank publishes its Annual Report 2016 and the invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2017

Zurich – Cembra Money Bank (ticker: CMBN) today published its Annual Report 2016 which is available online at www.cembra.ch/ar2016. The report provides comprehensive information about Cembra Money Bank’s financial performance, structure, executive bodies, risk management, corporate governance and compensation in 2016. It also features the story of the Bank’s successful ten years in the credit card business, where the Bank continued to grow strongly in the past financial year. The Annual Report is available in English and German.

 

In addition, Cembra Money Bank issued the invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2017 which is available at www.cembra.ch/agm2017. The Annual General Meeting 2017 will be held on 26 April 2017 in Zurich. As announced on 23 February 2017, the Board of Directors proposes, amongst others, an ordinary dividend of CHF 3.45 plus an extraordinary dividend of CHF 1.00 to return excess capital, resulting in a total dividend of CHF 4.45 per share. All members of the Board of Directors will stand for re-election for another one-year term.
