Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited, 1 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HP, England, exceeded the 5% threshold on 18 January 2008 and held 5.17% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,923,192 shares with voting rights) in Bilfinger Berger AG.
