BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, Großbritannien, hat uns mit Schreiben vom 25. Oktober 2012 die folgenden Mitteilungen gemacht:

'1. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% on 02.06.2010 and amounted to 5.10% (2,346,173 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on 03.11.2010 and amounted to 4.90% (2,254,059 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on 14.03.2012 and amounted to 2.83% (1,304,094 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.


2. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, UK in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% on 02.06.2010 and amounted to 5.06% (2,327,183 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, UK in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on 03.11.2010 and amounted to 4.89% (2,251,818 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, UK in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on 14.03.2012 and amounted to 2.83% (1,302,285 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% on 02.06.2010 and amounted to 5.10% (2,346,173 voting rights) on that day. All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% on 28.05.2010 and amounted to 5.06% (2,330,796 voting rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on 11.01.2011 and amounted to 4.91% (2,258,363 voting rights) on that day. All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA in Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on 14.03.2012 and amounted to 2.83% (1,304,094 voting rights) on that day.
