Munich, Germany – Longevity Partners Germany appoints Paul Czembor as an Associate Director of Energy. He will lead the energy and net zero carbon business unit in the DACH region.

With over a decade of experience leading energy projects in the real estate sector, Czembor brings an impressive track record and deep technical expertise to the Longevity Partners team in Munich. Czembor has a wealth of experience in advising clients within the German real estate sector on energy matters. He is an expert in heating system optimisation, predictive maintenance, dynamic hydraulic balancing, smart (sub-)metering, energy data analysis, balancing of energy flows (e.g. energy performance certificates), and smart building solutions.

With the current staggering energy price inflation in Germany, which has been fuelled by the war in Ukraine, Longevity Partners will grow the energy team in the DACH region to 30 people in the coming years to support the local market. Czembor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Longevity Partners Germany’s energy initiatives, from project oversight, to developing new strategies. Czembor will also be responsible for leading the company's energy teams in the DACH region in implementing a variety of energy efficiency and energy management programmes for office, industrial and commercial clients that guarantee energy savings and optimise building performance, as well as reduce carbon emissions and manage climate risks.

Czembor’s highly technical expertise and proven leadership make him a pivotal addition to the Longevity Partners team. He is a certified Energy Efficiency Expert by the Federal Office of Economic Affairs and Export Control of Germany (BAFA) with an educational background in Dipl.-Ing. (=M.Sc.) in Building Services, Energy and Environment and postgraduate studies in General Management.

Carolin Meier, Associate Director at Longevity Partners Germany, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Paul Czembor to the team. With his in-depth knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainability, Paul will be a valuable asset to our clients as they navigate the global energy crisis. His experience and guidance will be instrumental in helping our clients optimise their energy efficiency, reduce their carbon footprint and grow their energy portfolios.”

Czembor, Associate Director of Energy, said: “I am thrilled to join the Longevity Partners team and help their clients drive the transition to a low carbon economy. I look forward to the opportunity to work closely with the team and contribute to the company’s ambitious goals of assuring that we are providing the highest level of ESG and Energy-aligned services to our clients in the DACH region and beyond.”
