Gesellschaftsrechtlich besteht jeweils keine kontrollierende Beteiligung der Kabouter Management, LLC über diese sieben Rechtsträger.
Diese Beteiligungsmeldung erfolgt, weil die direkte Beteiligung der Kabouter International Opportunities Fund II, LLC unter 4% gefallen ist. Die Gesamtzahl der von den unter Punkt 7. angeführten Rechtsträgern gehaltenen Stimmrechte hat keine nach §§ 130ff BörseG relevante Anteilsschwelle über- oder unterschritten.
